- We manufacture using a wide range of high-performance filter felts such as Polyester, Meta-Aramid (Nomex), Ryton (PPS), Polimid (P84), PTFE (Teflon), Polypropylene, and Acrylic, commonly used in dust collection systems.
- For pleated cartridge filters, the pleated filter media is produced from 100% virgin raw materials in compliance with European quality standards.
- Depending on the application, filter fabrics undergo the following surface treatments:
- Hydrophobic impregnation
- Singeing (Gaze)
- Calendering (Heat pressing)
- Surface burning & polishing
- ePTFE membrane lamination
- These processes are applied with the utmost precision to enhance filtration performance and extend product lifespan.
